SAËR KARAM

Saër Karam studied communication, advertising, as well as journalism in Paris. 

He also attended filmmaking seminars in New York. 

Back to the roots, he undertook in 1996 a major restructuring of “La Revue du Liban”. He led this iconic institution (the first French language newsmagazine in the Middle East, established in 1928) into the digital era. From 2002 to 2011 he was appointed editorial director of the prestigious publication.

He founded & designed Style in 2002, a trendy lifestyle magazine; where he nurtured his love of words and passion for images.

Besides being a journalist, Saër Karam is a design-oriented photographer with a strong sense of storytelling. His portfolio includes War-field coverage, Fashion shootings for books & magazines, in addition to high-end advertising photo sessions.

He produced several personal exhibitions including Planet JapanRandom Wanderings and Paris-Beirut / Beirut-Paris.

In 2013, he founded Resolutions.

Based in Lebanon, Saër Karam lives between Paris & Beirut.
